This page explains how utuvo.app handles your data. We collect aggregate installer request counts to understand product interest, without creating visitor profiles.
Download statistics
For currently listed Mac installers, we store daily totals by product, version and request type in Cloudflare D1. These counters contain no IP addresses, visitor identifiers, raw browser details, referring URLs or query strings. We exclude common bots, small probes and resumed ranges where identifiable. Repeated requests may still be counted. A request does not prove a completed download or installation. Aggregate totals are retained for historical comparison.
Website traffic
Cloudflare provides aggregate traffic statistics from hosting requests, including page views, request counts, data transfer and country totals. These figures cover the utuvo.app domain and its subdomains and may include automated traffic. We use these existing hosting statistics without adding an analytics script or analytics cookies to your browser.
What we do not collect
Our download statistics use no cookies or cross-site tracking. This site has no advertising or visitor account system, and we do not create personal profiles.
Browser local storage
Manual and tutorial pages may use your browser’s localStorage to remember language, display preferences, and tutorial viewing progress. These settings exist only in your browser, are never sent to us, and can be cleared in your browser settings at any time.
When you write to hello@utuvo.app or support@utuvo.app, we receive what you provide in the mail and use it only to reply and to provide support, never for marketing. It is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g. our mail provider) or as required by law. You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete the data you have provided.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages to your browser, the host processes the necessary technical information (such as IP addresses and request logs); see Cloudflare’s privacy documentation.
The apps
UTUVO’s desktop apps run locally on your machine; scans and file contents are not uploaded to any server. Each product’s exact behavior is described on its product page and in its manual.
Player Go addendum
Effective 21 August 2026
UTUVO Player Go is a personal media player by Dami Music Production Studio. Imported media references, playlists, bookmarks, settings, playback history, waveform caches and offline copies are stored on your device. We use no advertising trackers and do not sell personal data.
Files, networks and credentials
Player Go accesses files, folders and local-network devices only after you choose them or configure a connection. Offline media is kept in the app container. Connection credentials are used only for the service you select and are not sent to Dami Music Production Studio or written to the media library database. If you choose to remember eligible secrets, they are stored in Apple Keychain on your device.
Optional services
When you enable a connected service, Player Go sends the information needed for your request directly to that provider. Depending on your choices, providers may include Apple Music, Last.fm, LRCLIB, artwork or metadata services, cloud-storage services, MEGA, or a media server you configure. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Scrobbling and online lyrics or metadata lookup are optional.
History, speech, Watch and widgets
Listening reports remain local unless you opt into a connected service such as Last.fm. When speech recognition is offered, Player Go requests on-device recognition and does not intentionally upload recordings to Dami Music Production Studio. The iPhone app shares only the playback state and media information needed for Apple Watch and widget experiences through Apple’s device frameworks.
Purchases, control and deletion
Apple processes Player Go in-app purchases. Dami Music Production Studio does not receive your payment-card details; Player Go reads Apple-provided entitlement status to unlock purchased features. You can remove imported media, downloads, saved connections and listening history in the app, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes its app-container data, subject to Apple backup behavior and data retained independently by services you used.
Changes
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its revision date before the change takes effect.
